How we work
Most of the frustration in a remodel comes from the gaps: between the estimate and the invoice, between the plumber leaving and the tile setter arriving, between what you pictured and what got built.
We close those gaps by staying transparent about all three. We hold the general contractor's license, pull the permits, schedule the trades and stay accountable for the finish. You'll know what is happening on your job, who is doing it and what it costs before it happens.
Estimates are free and written out in detail, with materials, allowances and labor listed line by line, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. If the scope and the number don't line up, we'll tell you before the work starts, not halfway through.
